Thoroughly enjoyed our clean and individual rooms.

Everything was great, breakfast was satisfactory. The food was reasonably priced and the bar was nice. The most important was the staff - polite and pleasant people. Location: the hotel was really close to the stadium, and the airport by car. Also, the distance to a friendly museum was just 1 km.

The location was perfect and excellent, just a short stroll away from a community garden. Nice and polite staff as I wanted: D

Facilities were excellent, nevertheless Wi-Fi was terrible.

Comfortable beds and fast free wi-fi. The restaurant was just okay, could improve.

Excellent value for money, good food, well presented Pleasent helpfull staff.

Taxi required for meverywhere as no tube stations near. More (spare) pillows would be nice.

I would never stay at a Tryp Hotel ever again or recommend one to a friend as this was the worst stay I have ever had at a hotel! I was charged double for the room & despite resolving the issue with the staff at the hotel, upon my return home when I checked my credit card statement I found that I have been charged for the room twice! On top of that, the room was very basic & not particularly comfortable, the curtains needed replacing & did not close properly so let a lot of light into the room so resulted in a poor nights sleep! Also, the service was poor & they tried to double charge for my meal.

the bathroom was missing some toiletries! but the service was great and the breakfast spread was really good 😊 also, the bed was super comfy and the bar was open 24 hours!

The ladies working at the reception were very friendly and helpful. We liked the room - basic but clean and comfortable - and the bathroom was well designed with a good shower. By car it was five mins. Via the autobahn into Dortmund city, but I didn't see any public transport! There was a nice place to sit outdoors and enjoy a drink - and we were sorry we had no time for the breakfast buffet, because it looked delicious!

I assume it would be difficult to get to without your own transport.

The bed was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good: much choice and good quality.

1) I wasn't aware that internet and breakfast were not incuded in the room price. Both were very expensive and therefore the total price increased a lot. Internet cost 4,95 eur per hour. Breakfaast was an extra 13 euro. 2) for a superior room, it was quite basic. Small old tv and no bath tub.

Would definitely recommend for resting at all

Comfortable room, friendly staff, the hotel features good amenities like free wi-fi and a fitness centre, while being conveniently located within walking distance to Dortmund University which offers easy transportation to the city.

Bathroom, maybe!

Poor breakfast, dirty remote control, uncomfortable bed. Just fine for maximum one night. More than that, it is difficult.

Spanish restaurant has nothing to do with Spain. Better to have your personal alarm - can't rely on the local stuff
